W's Concealed Handgun Training and Licensing offers a full schedule of concealed handgun courses approved by the state of Texas. Located at Bass Pro Shops in Grapevine, Texas, W's Concealed Handgun Training and Licensing's experienced and certified staff has the knowledge and skill necessary to help you become licensed to carry a concealedhandgun in the state of Texas.
The staff at W's Concealed Handgun Training and Licensing includes the following:
Jim Wolfe-Chief Range Safety Officer/Training Counselor
Jim taught his first firearms course in June 1961 while serving in the United States Marine Corps. Is a Certifide Instructor for: Home Firearms Safety, Pistol, Rifle,Shotgun and Home & Personal Protection. Jim is also a Concealed Weapon Instructor. Jim is a Federally Licensed Firearms Dealer, Holster Maker, Glock Armorer and Gunsmith.
Roy Plumee-Chief Range Safety Officer/Rifle Instructor
Retired US Army Warrant Officer W-4 (Ordinance). Roy holds the US Army Distinguished Marksmanship Badge for Service Rifle and Pistol as well as the following certifications:
- IDPA Certified Range Safety Officer
- TXDPS Certified Concealed Handgun License Instructor
- TXP&WD Certified Hunters Education Instructor
- NRA Classified Master in Bullseye Pistol and Hi-Power Rifle
Ed Waynick-Range Safety Officer. NRA Pistol, Rifle and Shotgun Instructor.
Ed is licensed by the Texas Commission of Law Enforcement Standards of Education as a Master Police Officer, Classroom Instructor and Firearms Instructor as well as holding the following certifications:
- TXDPS Certified Concealed Handgun License Instructor
- TXDPS Security Officer Instructor
- IDPA Certified Range Safety Officer
- TXP&WD Certified Hunters Education Instructor
- Active Competitor in Pistol and Shotgun Sports
